MAN DOWN for CALMIt is very, very important for you to come down to this event at Scala, London on the 31st August. It’s been created to raise awareness, as well as proceeds, for mental health charity, CALM! Their focus is depression and suicide within young men in the UK, specifically London.
Depression is a serious problem within men, especially when they don’t talk. CALM are here to let you know that they WILL listen, and are there to help you. The call-lines are SO important, and they need to stay open. In order to do that, they need your support.
